Remote Hands-On Technical Support

This allows a support representative to work with your computer interactively. This way you can watch the support representative, and solve problems quickly. Our technology allows you to receive direct hands-on support without having to install lots of software on your compuer. A PIN Code is required in order to use our remote hands-on support. Your support rep will assign you a PIN Code for each hands-on session. We recommend (and may require) a high-speed connection in order to receive hands-on support. |
